I write for both academic and general audiences about topics related to my research.

Some examples of my writing about about ethnographic fieldwork, the environment, the politics of representation, and Arizona :

For Anthrodendum, I wrote about having to pause fieldwork due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and what it means to be “in the field”;

For Current Anthropology, I wrote an article exploring contemporary ethnographic research against historical, political, and ethical claims to intergenerational Western migration.
